Our Process

First Contact
It all begins when you call or e-mail us, we will respond to your message generally within an hour or the very same day and schedule a time that best fits your schedule. We are here to serve you please feel free to ask any and all questions you may have.

Estimate
After we measure the work to be completed we deliver to you a detailed typed proposal with an exact price for your project, products that are to be used to complete the work, along with references warranty sheet and other important information that you may need.

Scheduling / Job Start
We schedule the work to best suit your time frame and completion date, your job is the only project we will be working on (All jobs are completed before we move on to the next project).We start the work day by 8-8:30 and finish by 4:30, if you are unable to be around when the work is being completed we take extra care to make sure your home is locked and secure when we leave for the day.

Completing Your Project
Your project is completed in the proper sequence; all surface preparation, application of coatings(priming if necessary) or other work, clean up and final inspection. We will keep you informed of the finish day so that you may start your inspection process so that all touch ups or repairs can be completed by the finish day. All left over paint colors are marked for future reference and left for you in case of touch ups (not covered under warranty) or should you need them for other work.

Interior Work
Every interior projects starts with floor protection, then furniture, counters, etc. we try to protect every surface from dust, dirt, paint splatter.
After all surfaces are protected those to be painted are prepared for paint by spackling, caulking, sanding dusted or wiped down and primer as needed. All coatings are applied according to manufacturers specifications and per the project scope of work.
When all work has been completed all work areas are cleaned and furniture and other heavy heavy items are replaced.
Final inspections are completed and all touch up paint is delivered to the customer

Exterior Work
All exterior painting or deck restoration begins with power washing all surfaces, plants, shrubs and trees are protected (we use a eco friendly cleaning material only) as needed. All surfaces that are to be coated are scraped, sanded, caulked or repaired as needed and per the project scope of work. All painted exterior wood surfaces are primed before application of finish coatings which are applied per manufacturers specifications and project scope of work. When all work is completed all areas are cleaned, any items that were moved are replaced, after final inspections and any touch up paint is delivered to the customer.

No matter what project we complete for you we never lose sight that we are working in your home, perhaps your biggest investment, the place where your family and pets live and play. It is our goal to leave your home as neat and clean as the day we started.
